What this is costing
Which graphics card draws the pages
On a machine with more than one card the system picks for you, and the quiet card is the slow one. Applies when the browser is started again.
Only one graphics card here, so there is nothing to choose.
Windows decides which card a program draws with, in Settings → System → Display → Graphics. These are the cards it has to offer.
macOS decides which card a program draws with and gives no way to change it per program. These are the cards it has.

Taking a button away never touches its keyboard shortcut — Ctrl+P still prints.
Back, forward, reload and the address bar stay. A browser with no way back is a broken browser.
